## What it does

Session helps you return to work at a chosen time. Set a reminder manually or scan a supported Claude Code /usage or Codex /status screen. Choose Reminder Only for a gentle alert, or Focus Lock to block selected distracting apps with Screen Time until you return and scan your work screen. Recovery Unlock is available when scanning cannot be completed.

Text recognition runs on the device. Start with limited free reminders. Optional Session Pro removes the weekly limit, unlocks History and removes ads. Available on iPhone and iPad with iOS/iPadOS 18 or later. Built by DijitalGözlük.
